Engineering Tech/Construction Project Coordinator

Construction Project Management duties include but are not limited to: This position is assigned the primary responsibility for managing the Non­ appropriated Fund (NAF) Capitalization Program. Oversees and administers the CNRMA NAF Capitalization Board (NCB) announcing the annual project data call, ensuring the prescribed Project Nomination Form (PNF) is current, reviewing submissions, preparing inputs for Office of General Council (OGC) review, reviewing the scoring criteria with NCB members, scheduling a NCB meeting to vote on submissions, coordinating the meeting with site Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Directors, scoring the results and preparing a point paper and board results for chain of command approval. Approved projects may be executed by N94 Facilities & Construction assets, who take the lead on design and execution, or with outside contractors.
