GSA SmartPay Specialist

As a GSA SmartPay Specialist at the full performance level you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer agencies, managing service inquiries, analyzing problems, and developing solutions related to the GSA SmartPay program. Serve as a liason between agency customers and banks. Coordinate and conduct training sessions, including annual conference presentations and internet-based training (developing content and providing Tier-1 technical website support). Prepare and analyze statistical data, offering recommendations on market segments to maximize revenue generation. Assist with contract administration, including developing and implementing contract updates, resolving disputes, and performing close-out activities. Provide audit support for Inspectors General.
