COMSEC Accountant, 21 CS

The United States Space Force (USSF) at Peterson SFB Colorado Springs CO is searching for a COMSEC Accountant to support 21 CS (NH-2210-02, GS-05/11 Equivalent). Description: Assists the COMSEC Manager for all cryptographic activities including managing the Cryptographic Access Program (CAP), maintaining sensitive cryptographic materiel/equipment, and related COMSEC information.? Manages requests, account for Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) as well as keying materiel, issuing materiel to support daily operations, and the proper destruction of COMSEC materiel.? Manages the CAP by conducting required briefings/training for users, and reviewing required documents utilized for granting access to cryptographic resources.? Establish investigation procedures and take immediate action on reporting security issues involving COMSEC assets.? Effectively communicates (orally and written) with COMSEC and Secure Voice Responsible Officers (CRO/SVRO) relaying and ensuring concise instruction/dir
