About the role
This position will contribute to and advance the Workforce Analytics Program within NIST. Develop data visualizations to synthesize and share insights and actionable data for business decisions in Tableau. Reviewing work of other team members for production. Research and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures. Develop machine learning and AI models. Consult with stakeholders and customers to identify the appropriate data, methodological approach, and design for projects. Determine the adequacy of input data and ensure integrity and pertinence of output data. Work with teams to develop data products and definitions. Communicate findings in concise, plain language to technical and non-technical audiences. Research and design presentations and interpretations of analytical outputs tailored to specific audiences, including the use of data storytelling.
