We are passionate about advocating for our clients and maintaining a collaborative, high-performing virtual work environment. *Responsibilities* * Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions * Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings * Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims * Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings * Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members *Qualifications* * Must have at least *1 year of experience in lemon law practice* * Active law license in CA * Strong written and oral advocacy skills * Proficiency with legal research tools and remote work platforms * High attention to detail and excellent organization *Training Requirement* * *30-day onsite training* at our Los Angeles office required before
