Receiving Associate

EBZ - Receiving Associate SWING SHIFT position (Monday - Friday, 1230pm -9:00pm) This position is primarily responsible for receiving and processing inbound freight documents and entering shipment details into Operating Software (TruckMate). This positions ensures freight bill entry is accurate for the movement, compliance, and invoicing of freight. This position may also perform a variety of routine to moderately difficult detail oriented clerical duties in support of facility operations. Essential Duties •Operate safely and in compliance with all established HSSE policies and procedures •Create bill of lading and barcode labels from inspection of inbound freight documents for appropriate shipper, consignee, billing party, commodity description, hazmat description, shipment reference numbers, piece count, weights and dimensions •Work with management to increase the efficiencies and accuracy of the receiving and data entry processes •Identify Logistics pre-books, customer specia
