PROGRAM ANALYST

As a PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-12 some of your typical work assignments may include: Coordinates through USTRANSCOM with Office of the Secretary of War, Joint Staff, unified commands, component commands, and governmental agencies to further initiatives, programs, policies, and plans which enhance Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) support to the nation's war fighters. Reviews and analyzes high-level strategic directives, plans, and guidance to determine operational impacts, ensuring alignment from the strategic to the tactical level to facilitate comprehensive programmatic assessments and updates. Maintains continuous liaison with USTRANSCOM to collaborate on strategic assessments, share analytical methodologies, and ensure program evaluations are consistent and integrated. Applies qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to lead assessment initiatives, developing key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify vulnerabilities, and advise leadership on mi
