GENERAL ENGINEER

DUTY 1 Performs career-broadening assignments designed to enhance and develop leadership competencies and business skills in the civil engineer functional community. DUTY 2 Performs career-broadening assignments involved in program development and evaluation. DUTY 3 Carries out special projects and assignments designed specifically to meet the broadening intent of the position. Prepares special studies and various documents as required to meet unique requirements, projects, or taskers of the command; develops and presents oral presentations, leads and/or serves on steering committees or similar groups. DUTY 4 Represents AFNWC/PI and serves as a member of internal and external governance boards/working groups such as the WGF Action Group and WGF Executive Steering Group that address priorities, opportunities, and challenges and produce cooperative solutions.
