Bridge Tender / Blue Hat

Transdev in the Miami, FL area is seeking a Bridge Tender/Blue Hat to join our team. The Bridge Tender/Blue Hat works in support of the Maintenance of Way (MOW) track laborers and serves as a relief Bridge Tender as needed. This position is governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, is a represented BMWE union role, and is part of the Rail Retirement program. Pay for this position is set in accordance with the applicable union agreement. Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: $39.04 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale). Benefits include: Vacation: Vacation eligibility and accrual are based on seniority, as determined by Railroad Retirement Board service and verified through the employee’s BA-6 or C-90 form, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
