Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, you will: Serve as the focal point for coordinating and administratively handling complex or unique calls Coordinate support services with other PODs Identify and resolve difficult issues encountered by the support staff regarding court procedures and/or documentation Monitor workflows to ensure staff efficiency This is not an all-inclusive list.
