Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Labor & Employee Relations)

As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Labor & Employee Relations) at the GS-0201-15 some of your typical work assignments may include: Supervise Team of approximately 10 senior, GS-0201-14 Human Resources Specialists (Employee & Labor Relations) Develop/review/approve Department-wide HR guidance on highly complex and difficult problems Advise senior Department leadership on significant and far-reaching LER matters Evaluate incoming guidance, policy, law, regulations, Executive Orders, etc. for Department impact and develop implementation strategies. Assures appropriate IT support for LER functions Support LER community management Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships respective partners within and external to the Department on relevant HR matters Routinely responds to Department and higher level inquires using approved package requirements in an extremely expeditious manner.
