What We Offer The Director of Patient Impact provides enterprise leadership for the strategic planning, execution, and coordination of health equity initiatives across the healthcare system. The role develops and implements systemwide education, research informed best practices, and culturally and linguistically appropriate care strategies to reduce clinical variation and improve outcomes.
