Strategy Associate

A Career with Point72's Strategy Team The Strategy team is a small, multidisciplinary team of people with diverse backgrounds and experience that reports to the COO. The team is responsible for identifying, designing, and leading the execution of value-creating, cross-functional initiatives. The team works directly with senior leadership to build new businesses, address complex or time-sensitive situations, and support the strategic planning processes for the firm. What you'll do • Support development and execution of firm-level strategic initiatives by coordinating workstreams and tracking progress • Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and operational changes • Build financial models and forecasts to assess potential outcomes and support decision making
