About the role

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Auditor, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Plans and directs a broad and comprehensive program of audits of complex CSE activities administered by the States within an assigned geographical area. Participates in work planning and in making final decisions on overall objectives, plans, and policies for the overall audit program. Directs the annual audit operation. Within established guidelines, adapts the national annual audit program to meet local conditions. Assures that each audit includes all the elements of a full scope audit. Maintains liaison with regional officials of Government Accountability Office (GAO), DHHS and other external audit agencies for purposes of exchanging information on technical developments in the accounting and auditing field and in the pertinent administrative practices.
