EVENTS & BRAND COORDINATOR Firecrawl shows up in the world through events and the things we put in people's hands. Right now one person runs all of it. We throw pop-ups across the street from the biggest AI conferences, take over coffee shops in SoHo, host speaker dinners at SFMoMA, and design custom gifts and swag that people actually want to keep. The vision and the taste are handled by our Chief of Staff, who owns events and brand. What we need is someone who works alongside them to make it all happen, the vendor follow-ups, the RSVPs, the COIs, the shipping, the run-of-show, the merch sourcing and fulfillment, the hundred small things that turn a great idea into a flawless execution. You'll be the operational backbone behind a brand that punches way above its size.
