Assistant Property Manager / Handyman / Concierge Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Assistant Property Manager to support operations across residential and vacation rental properties. This role combines property management, routine maintenance, and concierge-style services. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in both maintaining properties and delivering an exceptional experience for tenants and guests. This is an active, on-your-feet role — not a desk job. Key Responsibilities Property Operations * Assist with daily property management tasks including tenant communication, scheduling, and leasing support * Ensure all properties are clean, stocked, and guest-ready Routine Maintenance & Weekly Tasks * Perform scheduled weekly upkeep, including: * Pressure washing balconies, walkways, and outdoor areas * Changing lightbulbs and handling basic electrical fixes * General property upkeep and preventative maintenance * * Handle miscell
