Dialysis Nurse

Part-time, 32 hours/week 9am-5:30pm Onsite *Full-time hours (40 hours/week) option Summary: Apheresis Role: Responsible for assembly and operation, according to institutional/FDA/AABB protocols, of the apheresis machine and related equipment as indicated for hospital patients and is responsible for assistance in the provision of 24-hour, year-round call coverage whenever stem cell collection, erythrocytaphersis, leukopheresis, or plasmapheresis is required. Also assists the bone marrow transplant team with thawing of stem cells Dialysis Role: Responsible for assembly and operation of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, including cycler and manual (CAPD, CCPD), according to institutional protocols and in adherence with CMS and ODH guidelines. Responsible for liposorber pheresis and provision of 24-hour, year-round call coverage whenever dialysis treatment is required. Responsibilities: Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates nursing care
