Define the vision, prioritize, and drive it from discovery to launch. Talk to revenue teams. Dig into how sales reps and RevOps actually work in Salesforce, and turn messy workflows into clear product decisions. Shape our AI features. Reason about how AI should capture, summarize, and surface data, and decide where it adds real value versus noise. Translate insight into specs. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design. Lead cross-functional execution.
