<h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <p>MyPay is Chime’s Earned Wage Access (EWA) product and one of the company’s fastest-growing, revenue-driving products, used by millions of members to access their earnings when they need it.</p> <p>We power complex, real-time money movement at scale - including underwriting, eligibility decisions, ledgering, and seamless financial transactions.</p> <p>In this role, you will design and build backend services where correctness, resiliency, and performance are critical. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data Science, Risk, Analytics, and others to drive rapid experiments, make data-driven decisions and scale high-impact solutions.</p> <p>The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $133,000 and up to $184,000.
