IT Specialist

The successful candidate will perform the full range of IT Specialist duties. Such duties include but are not limited to: Provide advice and assistance to the Branch Chief and to management on all aspects of IT, telecommunications and audio-visual systems and services to meet business requirements. Manages complex IT, telecommunications, audio-visual and other IT-related projects for the branch, in coordination with staff and headquarters office. Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents. Assess and troubleshoot programs to determine whether customer reported incidents are due to hardware, software, or LAN configuration to narrow problem areas and contacts for effectively and efficiently resolving customer incidents. Perform independent analysis of major regional information processes and operations. Provide advice on the utilization of state-of-the-art systems technology to streamline and achieve efficiencies in business practices. Prepare evaluations of
