About the role
As a your typical work assignments may include: Researches case law to ensure the organization's actions are appropriate and legally defensible with program activities. Devises DEA case strategies. Plans and conducts research, and coordinates varied special studies of employee relations policies, issues, and practices. Develops and encourages the use of innovative employee recognition tools and techniques throughout the organization. Provides managers with interpretations of DEA's performance management procedures, practices, policies, and guidelines, when the issues involved are new, highly controversial, and/or precent setting, Advises senior managers on the execution of employee performance work plans based on DEA;s mission and goals.
