Manager, Facilities & Engineering

About the role As the Manager of Facilities & Engineering and Site Operations Lead for the Cambridge site, you will serve as a site Facilities and Engineering leader responsible for driving strategic facility, asset, and site wide operational programs across two locations. You will provide clear direction, influence decisions, and ensure that all facilities, engineering, and teams work cohesively to support day-to-day operations and corporate objectives. In partnership with the Facilities and Engineering leadership, you will translate organizational priorities into actionable plans, communicate expectations clearly to stakeholders, and cultivate a high trust, high performance environment. This role requires a leader who is proactive, systems minded, and able to align cross functional teams and external partners around shared goals. What you’ll do
