Candidate Qualifications: • Previous food/beverage/retail experience required, preferably in a coffee shop or tea house. • Have the ability to manage a fast-paced and team-oriented environment • Friendly demeanor, outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive attitude • Takes a pride in providing excellent customer service • Enjoy educating customer and employees about our drinks • Lead by example and always put the team first Job Responsibilities: · Work 15-35 hours per week.
