Responsibilities • Directing the daily operations of a restaurant. • Must be able to deliver 100% on food safety. • Must be proficient in employee scheduling and food ordering. • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members. • Must be knowledgeable in managing food cost and labor cost. • Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. • Other duties as required or assigned.
