ABOUT THE ROLE As the founding GTM Lead, you'll build and drive the commercial engine at Poetic. Every company runs on operational processes — disputes, claims, underwriting, reviews. Today they live in documents and people's heads, run by large teams and changed slowly by committee. Poetic turns those processes into software: AI runs the work, gets better with every execution, and the people who own the process can read it, adjust it, and trust it. Your job is to help the world's largest institutions see that future and move toward it. You'll generate pipeline, work day-to-day alongside our CEO to open doors and qualify use cases, and use your consultative selling expertise to become a trusted partner to their leaders. Working with our deployments team, you'll define the multi-year initiatives that start with a single workstream and compound into turning a customer's entire operation into software.
