Paid Social Media Manager

As we enter our next phase of growth and increase investment in paid social, we’re looking for a Media Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will own the planning and execution of paid social campaigns in partnership with our agency, driving customer acquisition while optimizing for long-term value, and not just short-term efficiency. You’ll blend creative thinking, analytical rigor, and experimentation to shape how Chime shows up across paid social platforms and how we scale sustainably. You’ll work closely with partners across Brand, Creative, Analytics, Media Strategy, MarTech, and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform efficiently, and continuously improve. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will be
