About the role Anthropic is seeking an exceptional Productivity Engineer to build intelligent systems that amplify our Sales and Sales Development organizations’ effectiveness. In this role, you'll develop Claude-powered automations, alerts, and scalable automations focused on top of funnel activities like lead process automation and prospecting intelligence. This position sits at the intersection of enablement, operations, and AI innovation—crea
