About the role
As a Deputy Field Office Director (Reemployed Annuitant and CTAP/ICTAP/RPL) - Term Appointment, GS-15 you will perform the following duties: Creating and administering goals and objectives; developing and prescribing procedures and techniques; and providing policy guidance to employees; Establishing unit objectives, goals, priorities and deadlines, creating plans to meet workload changes; Making decisions and resolving problems involving interpretation of the law, and application of DHS policy; Ensuring department personnel policies are observed; resolving complaints and grievances and making recommendations; AND Actively participating in conferences, meetings, hearings and/or presentations.
