MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Serves as the Lead Analyst performing Education, Training, and Development functions to complex multiple mission areas supported by NASIC. Maintains situational awareness of personnel training requirements, resource levels, personnel workload, and mission. Conducts and participates in special studies, analysis, evaluations, and research. Leads the team in all aspects of mission execution. Leads team in assessing its strength and weaknesses and provides leadership to the team to explore alternative methods for problem-solving and process improvements. Serves as the Center's Training Budget manager, collects and tracks training requirements and certifies availability of funds for all training requests.
