Internal Revenue Agent (Sr Program Analyst)

The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position. Performs analysis and provides oversite and guidance in phases of TE/GE's Issue submission, issue identification, development, and compliance strategy processes. Performs analysis and provides guidance on issues relative to workplan development, monitoring, and compliance strategy assessment. Analyzes program functions and/or areas to discern trends in program delivery. Analyzes overview report data to measure effectiveness in meeting baseline or the degree to which program plans and achievements support strategic initiatives. Leads or participates in task groups or independently conducts special studies or projects on aspects of a segment of the assigned program activity. Provides leadership to ad-hoc groups
