Management Analyst

Maintain a high-level of understanding for the International Space Station (ISS) Program content, schedule, and budget. Perform independent program, planning, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) / budget analyses and assessments. Complete Early Warning System monthly assessment for the ISS Program. Provide parametric cost and schedule assessments as required for major ISS Program development projects. Perform schedule analysis and assessments, both solicited and unsolicited. Perform special topic assessments, both solicited and unsolicited. Compute and estimate the effect of proposed changes in legislation or regulations to determine impact on program operations and management.
