IOP Counselor Location: Cleveland, OH 44115 Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Counselor to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality counseling services to individuals participating in our IOP, supporting their recovery and mental health goals in a flexible, as-needed capacity. Key Responsibilities • Provide accurate AOD assessment and diagnosis with supervision • Provide support to the lead counselor, assessment department, and IOP and detoxification units when necessary • Documents accurately and completely all care provided using appropriate records and within allotted time frame • Maintains current state licensure/certification to function as an approved CD practitioner • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to communicate patient and family needs and progress with other disciplines and agencies as necessary • Possesses skills consistent with ability to perfo
