Associate Attorney

Gupta and Ayres is a boutique litigation law firm in San Diego and has an immediate opening for a litigation Associate Attorney to join the Practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0-2 years of civil litigation experience, be licensed to practice in California, and have a background in business and/or real estate disputes. This is an opportunity for an attorney to create his or her own environment and actively shape the growth of something special. Applicant must be an active member of the CA State Bar in good standing. Proven skills in writing, analysis, oral advocacy, and research are essential. The Attorney will have the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of litigation and must show a strong desire to handle a case at all stages, including responding to demand letters, drafting and responding to complaints, conducting depositions, coordinating discovery, drafting legal research memos, motions, briefs and declarations, attending hearings and providing oral argume
