DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the IHSC recruitment process such as and not limited to the following: creating recruitment/hiring announcements, candidate examinations, selections for IHSC, recruitment reports, auditing and closing out announcements. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Collaborating with administrative staff and hiring managers in fulfilling their recruitment and staffing needs, including notifying hiring official a candidate requests a site visit. Develops outreach programs and establishes agreements with representative colleges, universities, and local medical and educational facilities. Outreach activities also include hosting and attending in person and virtual events, visits to job fairs, and events hosted by professional associations.
