Technical Support Specialist

Manages projects that include elements of the Enterprise Infrastructure, Information Assurance, Information Technology Solutions and Technology Management areas. Conducts In Process Reviews (IPRs) with customers and J6 management, as needed, during the course of a project. Implements corrective action based on data collected from IPRs. Provides advice on appropriate courses of action to achieve the best possible technical solutions in support of the DLA Technical Infrastructure. Answering questions/helping VIPs; coordinating CONUS and OCONUS wireless IT support; hardware and software support; and Tier 1-3 IT support issue to ensure the support necessary for smooth operation of their assigned devices and peripherals. Coordinates with various other technical support areas such as Emerging Technology, Capacity Management, System Software Support, Information Assurance, Network Operations, Operational Technology, etc.
