About the role

We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to own our reseller and affiliate relationships post-sale. You will be responsible for jumping on calls with our reseller partners and their clients, help keep their accounts happy, hunt for new potential partners, and strategize on Hyperbound’s partner motion. This is a high-ownership role where you will help shape the playbook for a new category and directly influence how Hyperbound grows. Job Description - Own a book of business across current reseller and affiliate partner accounts - Drive adoption of Hyperbound (Roleplays, Real Call Scoring, certifications, learning modules) while collaborating with our solutions engineers - Support resellers to tie Hyperbound usage to their customer’s business outcomes - Identify churn risks early and proactively solve adoption challenges - Turn partner success stories into references and case studies that drive future sales Who we're looking for: - You have 3+ years of partnerships experience
