Operations Compliance Specialist

The Operations Compliance Specialist performs multiple, varying and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced technical specialist. Monitors complex compliance investigations, analyzing systemic issues and identifying patterns of non-compliance, ensuring corrective actions align with established policies and enforcement protocols. As principal technical specialist, leads and/or participates in compliance activities with air navigation service providers, pertaining to operations, regulations, and requirements. Applies experience and comprehensive technical knowledge of compliance policies and principles, and surveillance and oversight processes and procedures as well as an understanding of new technologies and methodologies, to solve complex problems and develop improved technical processes or systems.
