Lead Data Analyst, Growth Science

<h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>We’re hiring a Lead Data Analyst, Growth Science to use advanced science to estimate the incrementality of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing and to improve their performance. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll lead high-impact growth initiatives through the use of media mix modeling, experimentation and quasi-experimentation, and predictive modeling.  You will play a role in defining how we estimate incrementality and how we improve performance.</p> <p>The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $152,000.00 and up to $210,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
