Senior Manager, Operations This is a hybrid role to the NYC Headquarters for HelloFresh The Senior Manager of Operations will lead core operational execution and cross-functional business operations for Factor Form, one of Factor’s fastest-growing emerging ventures. This role sits at the center of the business, owning critical operational workflows across fulfillment, logistics, inventory, order management, supply chain coordination, reporting, and systems execution. This is a highly hands-on operator role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can bring structure to operational complexity, and is equally comfortable diving into tactical execution and driving strategic process improvements.
