ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Director, Technical Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance leads Peloton’s global Technical Product Safety organization, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance—while delivering exceptional member experiences. This role is accountable for defining and executing a comprehensive global product safety and regulatory compliance strategy aligned with Peloton’s long-term growth objectives. The Senior Director will shape organizational design, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement, building scalable processes and systems that enable innovation across Peloton’s connected fitness portfolio.
