WARGAME PROGRAM SPECIALIST

SUMMARY: PRIMARY PURPOSE: To serve as an Air Force Senior Wargame Program Specialist delivering "world class" wargames to the customer while providing oversight and program management for elements of the US Air Force Wargaming Enterprise and the Air Force Chief of Staff's "think tank." Incumbent will be responsible for every aspect of the wargame. Wide-ranging wargame options are selected or recommended such that the optimum wargame design for a given project is achieved dealing specifically with the designated operational area(s) for research. All wargame background and support material is either created or incorporated as appropriate to include specific order of battle information as well as a tailor-made scenario and wargame construct. The incumbent will need to manage the wargame execution, interpret relevant data and offer counsel for general officers or appointed representative to steer the wargame in the direction that maximizes lessons learned and helps senior military leaders
