We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Office Manager to own the physical employee experience across our NYC HQ, Brooklyn Studios, and Newark locations. In this role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our facilities, ensuring our spaces remain fully operational, safe, and engaging. As an Individual Contributor, you will provide daily guidance and mentorship to our team of Office Coordinators without directly managing them. We need a true "doer" with a "no task too small" attitude, someone equally comfortable organizing a holiday party for 500 people as they are organizing a supply closet.
