HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

Serves as a senior HR Specialist providing recruitment and placement services to assigned organizations. Provides recruitment and placement, and affirmative employment advisory services. Assists managers, supervisors, and other CPO team members in the solution of problems as related to recruitment and placement activities. Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities. Prepares written correspondence and other documents.
