FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will utilize working knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) or a similar ERP program tool to input and extract financial data for budget planning, formulation, and execution. You will develop spending plans, budgetary requirements and execute funds in accordance with all fiscal laws and regulations. You will apply financial laws and regulations to provide advice on the sources and uses of funds. You will analyze and interpret financial data to develop recommendations for correcting gaps and conflicts. You will prepare comprehensive reports to ensure projects are expending funding properly. You will review reports, documentation, records, and data to monitor and control obligations and expenditures. You will assist in evaluating changes in plans and proposing new courses of action to mitigate deviations from the plan. You will Communicate, orally and in writing, to assist in resolving team conflict in a positive manner, while maintaining or increasing team morale.
