We run a Rails backend and a React frontend. Because it's critical for us to be up when our customers are down, we're more focused on reliability and uptime than most products. We're a fun, close-knit crew of 24 in engineering, and about 40 across all functions. Working inside Atlassian is nice, because we get the big company perks, but we're still mostly autonomous and it feels like working at a small company. I've got several open roles on my team: 1.
