Human Resources Specialist (Military)

Oversee complex military HR programs such as evaluations or awards and advising on regulatory requirements. Analyzing officer and enlisted strength, projected gains/losses, and manning requirements using current modernized systems Performs statistical analysis on central selection board results for promotions and reports findings to the command group and senior leaders. Monitors and analyzes data from modern military HR personnel and medical readiness databases Manages the Command's military Awards program and the consolidated rating scheme for military evaluation reports, serving as the principal technical reviewer for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance. Analyzes known and projected changes in mission and workload to prepare, staff, and submit recommended changes to the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and Military Acquisition Position List (MAPL).
