IT Specialist (OS)

OIT Mission: The mission of the Office of Information and Technology (OIT) is to collaborate with our business partners to create the best experience for all Veterans. OIT Vision: To become a world-class organization that provides a seamless, unified Veteran experience through the delivery of state-of-the-art technology. Major Duties: Oversees cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring. Oversees application architecture and deployment in cloud environments. Design and migrate applications to the cloud. Integrate tools and services for all areas of cloud computing, such as data and networks. Act as consultants, building relationships with customers and team members. Manages the IT infrastructure that's needed to support software code in dedicated, multi-tenant or hybrid cloud environments.
