Clinical Psychologist

Serve as medical case analyst and voting member on Army Review Boards Agency boards on cases involving behavioral health-related issues. Serve as a subject matter expert in a highly technical and specialized area of psychological health research and advisory services. Advise the Senior Medical Advisor on activities and functions pertaining to the evaluation of service-connected behavioral health issues and psychological health programs and projects. Provide medical expertise primarily pertaining to behavioral health issues, case review and reassessments, and medical interpretations to the requesting boards and panels of the agency. Continually research, prepare and present briefs and advisory opinions concerning all cases involving medical issues or related policy interpretation. Routinely ensure the final assessment and individual final vote is fair and accurate and is conducted in consonance with all applicable guidance.
