PROJECT COORDINATION SPECIALIST

MAJOR DUTIES: 1. Analyzes, coordinates and/or performs a variety of special projects/program assignments and studies leading to the resolution of management problems and improvement of operations. Independently develops a plan of action and recommends solutions. Coordinates with State ARNG/ ANG Command staff, Directorates or Group Commanders, and NGB Functional Managers to obtain and exchange information and develop recommendations for management decisions. Monitors and analyzes program/project progress, recommending changes based on findings as needed. Develops all reports, briefings, and status of assigned projects/programs. Performs a wide variety of support duties to facilitate the work of the office. Arranges scheduling of appointments, meetings, briefings, and other commitments directly effecting future decisions and program direction. 2.
