SLAC Site Office Manager

As the SLAC Site Office Manager, you will: Establish and communicate Department of Energy (DOE) requirements and expectations, authorize work, provide funding, review work products, and offer feedback to the Management and Operating (M&O) contractor, ensuring their adherence to all contractual requirements. Provide direction to the M&O contractor within the scope of work of the performance-based contract and within Departmental funding and program guidance. Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the SLAC M&O contractor, ensuring implementation of best management practices to achieve program, project, and operational goals. Collaborate with M&O contractor management to identify and implement actions that support high-quality science while adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
